HOW CAN I INVEST?
When you buy shares in a racehorse, you are entitled to a share of the bonuses from races won by that racehorse based on your shareholding. Being a shareholder does not give you the right to own the horse; you are only entitled to a share of the bonuses. Share ownership does not authorize you to make decisions about the horse’s name, participation in races, care, veterinary checks, housing conditions, training, groom, trainer, jockey, etc.
To buy a new share in the same racehorse or to buy a share in a different racehorse, you must go to the relevant racehorse’s page, select the number of shares you wish to buy, confirm the Share Allocation Agreement for the new share and pay the share price.
The bonus is the amount you will receive after the racehorse you own wins a race, after the necessary tax and other deductions have been made. This bonus can be partially or fully used to purchase shares on the platform. The bonus from each horse race won is vested according to the proportion of shares you received from the respective racehorse.
To buy shares, you must first select a racehorse on the platform. For each racehorse, the number of shares you can buy, the share ratio and the share price are indicated on the relevant racehorse’s page. Once you have selected the number of shares you wish to buy, you must confirm the Share Allocation Agreement presented on the platform and pay the share price.
For a racehorse to be successful, costly activities such as care, housing, feeding, training and veterinary checks must be carried out. Accordingly, in addition to the share price, you must pay monthly maintenance fees at the rates specified on the platform for each share you purchase in order to qualify for a bonus.
Horseline Inc. makes no guarantees about the performance of the racehorse you own, whether it will finish and/or win races, or its finishing position in a race. Therefore, horse ownership is a risky investment and by purchasing shares using the Horseline Inc. platform, you share this risk with the owner of the racehorse. Buying shares does not mean receiving income. Therefore, you should carefully review the information and documentation on the platform before buying shares in a racehorse.
